Method of Reservation

Webpage link will be provided for distribution to team members for the parents to review hotel details, amenities, hotel rules and regulation and to collect guest name and email address. This information will be used to provide a unique link to book direct with the hotel.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation to be provided to hotel (NO debit/credit cards permitted)

Hotel Cancellation Details

Individual cancellation policy | by 30 days prior to check-in at no penalty if less than 30 hours, subject to 1 night charge plus applicable taxes
No Show Policy | 1 night charge + taxes will be charged to individual's credit card on file
Early Departure Policy | no early check-out, charges will apply
2-night minimum stay required (standard tournament hotel policy) any changes to the stay will result in a rate change to Best available rate depending on availability

Hotel Block Cut-off

Guest room block will be held until midnight (11:59pm) on October 16th, 2022
Guest rooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space would be subject to availability and could be subject to regular hotel rates
As families register for rooms - limited details will be forwarded to coach to monitor the hotel block
A confirmation number should be provided by Hampton Inn & Suites Brantford directly at time of reservation
